The real estate exhibition was opened in Batumi for the first time, where are presented local big developers under constructions and current projects are presented. One of them is multifunctional living complex “Sunrise” by “Elt Building” Company. Tourists have an opportunity to understand and get  information about all active projects implemented and planned by the construction companies in the region. The goal is to attract investments and tourists. The exhibition will run until September 15 in Batumi Music Center.
